Our Business

     We came into existence in 1998 with a goal and quest in mind, to change the way residents are being cared for in long term care.  Why should we allow for our loved ones to be in an institution setting?  Can you imagine yourself being with 100 to 200 other strangers and wanting  to feel at home, don't let that happen to your loved one.  Let them enjoy the finer things in life as if they were still at home while still getting the proper care needed.

     Our home sits on a beautiful landscaped yard with flowers and trees surrounding the colonial home which houses our residents.    We are located in south McAllen.  While Biltmore is primarly a luxury assisted living, we offer a full range of care options in which our residents are able to live life to its fullest.

     We also encourage family member input and recommendations at all times on the care of their loved one, as family interaction is very essential in the health of our residents.

Who We Are

Our Staff is dedicated in providing the best possible care to our residents. 

Our staff has alot of experience working with the elderly and are always being constantly given in-services and trainings to make sure that they are familiar with all the needs of our residents.

Mario & Jeanette San Roman the owners are always available to our residents and family members.  If you just want to chat or there is a concern that needs immediate attention you can count on them to make sure it is taken care of right away.
